BOOKING Process and DEPOSIT

Booking Appointments

EmArt Tattoos is by appointment only. I don’t accept walk-ins.

To start, please complete the request form or message me on Instagram, Facebook, or by text. We’ll chat about your idea and, if we’re a good fit, I’ll share available dates.

Consultations are free and do not require a deposit.
Tattoo appointments are booked only after a consultation and require a nonrefundable deposit (details below).

Deposit Policy

Your deposit reserves your appointment and covers design time. It is applied to the final price at your last sitting for the project.

  • Nonrefundable: If you cancel the project at any time, the deposit is lost.

  • Applied to final cost: The deposit is deducted at the end of the tattoo or at the final sitting.

  • Scope changes: The deposit locks in the agreed concept and key elements. If the main idea changes or you switch to a different design, a new deposit is required.

  • Project does not proceed: If an agreed design does not move forward for creative, interpersonal, or timing reasons, the deposit is forfeited.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

These rules protect studio time so I can serve all clients fairly.

  • Standard appointments: At least 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without losing your deposit.

  • Full-day bookings: At least 7 days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without losing your deposit.

  • Reschedule limit: On any project with one or more appointments, more than two reschedules will forfeit the deposit. A new deposit is required to continue.

  • Cancel without rescheduling: If you cancel a booked session and do not rebook that session, the deposit is forfeited.

  • No-shows: Missing an appointment without notice forfeits the deposit. Future bookings will require a new deposit.

Please be sure you are ready to move ahead before placing a deposit with EmArt Tattoos.

Reminders

I do my best to send courtesy reminders by text or email. Please do not rely on reminders. You are responsible for attending your scheduled appointment.

Deposit Amounts (CAD)

  • 1 to 2 hour session: $150

  • Half-day (about 3 hours): $200

  • Full day: $300

Custom Tattoo Requests

Please fill out the form below for any custom tattoo inquiries — the more details you share, the better!

Reference Photos Send high-resolution reference images to emarttattoos@gmail.com with the subject line:Tattoo Request – [Your Full Name] You may also share references via text, Messenger, or Instagram.

I aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours.

Consultations A free consultation (by phone, messages, or in person) will be arranged to discuss your ideas in more detail before moving forward.

Deposits & Scheduling Once your project is confirmed with the main idea and elements, a nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your spot in my schedule. This deposit is applied to your final appointment.👉 Please read the Booking & Deposit Policy above before submitting.

Session Timing Time begins at your scheduled appointment start time and continues until the tattoo is finished and second skin is applied. If you arrive late, the session clock will still start from your booked time.

Pricing Rates vary depending on the size, detail, and complexity of the design. A personalized estimate will be provided after reviewing your project.
